Job summary

The Vice President of Global Rewards will lead the execution of the reward strategy across CIP Fund Solutions and its platform companies, focusing on global incentive programs. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders and involves strategic advisory, practical delivery, and project management.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a rewards, incentives, or compensation role, preferably in asset management or financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Advise leaders on global reward principles, policies, and governance.
  • Manage benchmarking, job evaluation, and annual reward cycles including merit, bonus, and promotions.
  • Oversee the global benefits strategy and ensure competitive benefit programs.
  • Design and execute short- and long-term incentive plans.
  • Lead key reward initiatives and manage incentive redesigns.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and governance processes.

Skills

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
  • Practical experience in investment banking, private equity, or fund management.
  • Experience in implementing incentive plans such as carried interest.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with effective project leadership abilities.
  • Well-organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Tools

  • Proficient in creating high-quality presentations, particularly in PowerPoint.
