Vice President / General Manager, Digital Flexo

Job summary

A seasoned General Manager is needed to lead a technology business focused on digital flexographic printing solutions. This role involves full P&L accountability and requires a track record of delivering results and driving innovation in a multinational B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in general management of multinational B2B technology or complex product businesses with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive results, product innovation, and customer success in high-performance settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and align diverse teams across geographies.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and operational discipline, willing to engage in tactical execution.
• Effective collaborator within executive leadership teams, providing insights and influence across a matrixed organization.
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity in fast-paced, transformation-oriented environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% globally, especially to Germany and Belgium.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
