Job summary

This position involves analyzing the mechanical condition of Decanter Centrifuges and High Speed Separators through vibration analysis, contributing to the development of condition monitoring systems, and automating analysis processes. The role includes data analysis from machines globally, maintaining system functionality, and supporting sales and service teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in dynamic mechanics or related fields.
  • Background in separation technologies or rotating equipment is preferred.
  • Experience in international environments is a plus.
  • Certification in vibration analysis (CAT II or CAT III) in line with ISO 18436-2 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain expertise in vibration analysis for decanter centrifuges and high-speed separators.
  • Analyze and report on machine conditions, ensuring updates are reflected in the online platform.
  • Provide ongoing support for condition monitoring contracts.
  • Train sales teams on condition monitoring services.
  • Maintain internal documentation and communication regarding condition monitoring.
  • Participate in testing new equipment and prototypes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in analysis.
  • Support standardization of condition monitoring products and services.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Service-minded with strong decision-making capabilities based on technical analysis.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.

Tools

  • Familiarity with condition monitoring systems and analysis tools is beneficial.
