Job summary

This role involves developing and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance standards across various product verticals globally. The position is based in Hedehusene, Denmark, and is part of a team of compliance managers working internationally to enhance compliance efforts.

Qualifications

  • Certified lead auditor with experience in tech, pharmaceutical, or defense sectors.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001.
  • Proven experience in navigating compliance and regulatory demands in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to translate compliance framework requirements into actionable operational steps.
  • Experience in training stakeholders with varying levels of familiarity with QMS requirements.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support the endorsement and compliance of the Vertical Quality Management System (VerticalQMS).
  • Deliver training on compliance processes and operational requirements, identifying local training needs.
  • Conduct compliance audits and participate in customer, certification, or regulatory audits.
  • Address nonconformities, customer complaints, and escalations promptly.
  • Assist in risk assessments, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various teams and provide operational feedback to senior management.

Education

  • Relevant certifications in auditing and compliance management.
