User Acquisition Director (Remote)

Job summary

This role is a senior leadership position focused on driving user growth through paid acquisition channels across various products in the Betting, Entertainment, Games, and Finance sectors. The User Acquisition Director will lead a global team, shaping strategies and processes to enhance performance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in Performance Marketing or User Acquisition, with a focus on large-scale paid acquisition programs.
• Proven leadership in multi-channel acquisition, including Mobile, PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and LTV-based optimization.
• Exceptional analytical skills for translating complex data into actionable business decisions.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global User Acquisition strategy, balancing investments across channels.
• Lead and develop a world-class User Acquisition organization, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Drive performance by making informed investment decisions based on key metrics.
• Design and implement scalable experimentation frameworks for testing and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and industry trends to enhance performance marketing.

Skills

• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing significant acquisition budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Tools

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Mobile DSPs, and various analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 and BI tools such as Metabase and Tableau.
• Experience with AI tools for marketing operations.
