Transformation Manager (Corporate Development)

Job summary

This role involves driving strategic initiatives within a global freight forwarding company, focusing on the execution of transformation projects across multiple entities. The Transformation Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme and project management, particularly in transformation or large-scale rollout programmes.
• Strong background in establishing governance structures and managing programme processes.
• Experience in digital transformation or post-merger integrations is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in the transport and logistics sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rollout of a new Transport Management System across the organization.
• Establish and manage governance structures for transformation programmes.
• Develop implementation plans and reporting frameworks.
• Drive communication, training, and change management activities.
• Monitor progress and manage risks across multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between various functions and external partners.
• Support post-merger integration processes and strategic transformation initiatives.

Education
