Transformation Manager

Job summary

A hands-on Transformation Manager is sought to drive key initiatives within a global freight forwarding company. This role focuses on bridging strategy and execution, creating structure in complex environments, and ensuring successful project implementation across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program and project management, particularly in transformation and integration initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of successful change management and adoption.
• Familiarity with governance structures, planning, reporting, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Experience in digital transformation or post-merger integrations is advantageous, preferably within the transport and logistics sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rollout of a new Transport Management System across various operating entities.
• Establish and manage governance structures for transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Develop implementation plans, reporting frameworks, and program management processes.
• Drive communication, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment among stakeholders and workstreams.
• Facilitate collaboration between Group functions, operating entities, and external partners.
• Support post-merger integration processes and implementation playbooks.
• Drive acquisition integrations and support organic expansion projects.
• Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives in areas such as AI, digitalization, finance, and operational excellence.

Education
