Transfer Pricing Manager (Tax, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing and developing the transfer pricing framework within a complex international environment, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting business strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, law, accounting, or a related field
• 4–7+ years of experience in transfer pricing, tax, or international advisory (in-house or Big 4)
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and experience with documentation and audits
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams effectively
• Proficient in English; Danish is a plus
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, life sciences) is advantageous but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the transfer pricing framework, including policies and governance
• Oversee global transfer pricing documentation, coordinating with external advisors
• Serve as an internal advisor on intercompany transactions and business restructurings
• Support finance teams on transfer pricing matters, including regulatory interactions
• Lead transfer pricing audits and inquiries in collaboration with local finance teams
• Ensure alignment between transfer pricing, legal structure, and business operations
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement practical solutions
• Contribute to the improvement of tax and risk processes and documentation

Education

• Relevant Master’s degree in economics, finance, law, accounting, or similar
