Training Specialist

Job summary

The role involves leveraging military expertise to develop and execute training programs for a C2 solution used by armed forces globally. The Training Specialist will work within the Training & Development team to ensure training content aligns with operational practices and military doctrine.

Qualifications

• Military experience at tactical level, preferably at officer level (e.g., premier lieutenant or on track towards captain).
• Strong background in exercise planning and training development.
• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with SitaWare or similar C2 tools.
• Collaborative working style with clear communication skills across teams.
• Experience in Active Reserve service is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, implement, and evaluate new training courses using the ADDIE model in collaboration with trainers.
• Develop and maintain Subject Training Plans (STP) for the training catalogue.
• Create and execute collective training programs, including scenario development for various training formats.
• Provide domain-specific advice to ensure operational accuracy in training materials.
• Support exercise planning and offer guidance on C2 workflows and military doctrine.
