Training Deployment Manager (On-site, Humlebæk)

Job summary

The role involves developing and implementing impactful sales training programs for the Continence Care business, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the global salesforce. This position is based in Humlebæk, Denmark, and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Training, or a similar role.
• Experience in sales training and learning management systems.
• Proven skills in building relationships and managing stakeholders.
• Strategic and operational mindset.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluent in English; Danish is not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the continence care frontline training strategy.
• Develop training programs for major commercial initiatives, including product launches.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries to support execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with HQ departments and external agencies.
• Track the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives and create feedback loops for improvement.
• Engage with field salesforce and call specialists to ensure effective strategy implementation.
• Attend congresses and sales meetings, with approximately 20-30 days of travel per year.
