Job summary

A part-time position is available for a law student interested in financial regulation and alternative investment funds within a depositary team. The role involves working on legal tasks related to alternative investment funds, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and contributing to the assessment of valuation principles from a legal perspective.

Qualifications

• Law student with at least 2 years remaining in studies
• Interest in financial regulation, corporate law, or capital markets law
• Strong written and analytical skills
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze fund documentation, agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal verification of fund investments and assets
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws by funds and their managers
• Collaborate with the team on compliance and control tasks

Skills

• Detail-oriented with a structured and independent working style
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education

• Currently enrolled in a law program
