Job summary

This position is for a law student interested in financial regulation and alternative investment funds within a depositary team. The role involves engaging with legal tasks related to alternative investment funds, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the assessment of valuation principles.

Qualifications

• Law student with at least 2 years remaining in studies
• Interest in financial regulation, corporate law, or capital markets law
• Strong written and analytical skills
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze fund documentation, agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal verification of fund investments and assets
• Ensure funds and their managers comply with applicable laws
• Collaborate with the team on compliance and control tasks

Education
