Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in a product-facing or advisory role in financial services.

• Commercial acumen to balance regulatory and market needs.
• Comfort in navigating evolving regulatory landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret digital asset regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions, translating them into actionable guidance for product teams.
• Maintain and update governance materials, including policies and regulatory assessments.
• Prepare and support governance approvals, providing regulatory context for decisions.
• Collaborate with product owners throughout the product lifecycle to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated.
• Serve as a central contact for regulatory and governance topics, aligning with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors for regulatory submissions and inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on products.
