• Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of contract drafting and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal, compliance, and contractual matters across various group functions.
• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contracts.
• Act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring legal frameworks align with project execution.
• Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Provide training for business teams and global legal colleagues.
• Contribute to the development of templates, processes, and best practices within the legal team.
