Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field such as trust & safety, compliance, data analysis, or basic fraud detection, or relevant academic/internship experience.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and eagerness to learn about identifying patterns and outliers in data.
  • Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a strong desire to solve complex problems.
  • Attention to detail and pride in accurate case handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, welcoming feedback and mentorship.
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with businesses and consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to conduct fraud investigations and create informative reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in preventing and addressing fraudulent activities on the platform.
  • Research online fraud trends and convert findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance fraud detection tools and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of investigation policies and procedures.
  • Participate in improving internal investigation processes.

Education
