Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and provide clearance opinions.
• Prepare and file trademark applications, coordinating with local representatives.
• Manage trademark portfolio, including prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
• Analyze watch results to monitor and protect trademark assets.
• Handle opposition and cancellation proceedings.
• Advise on trademark strategy and legal matters related to branding.
• Draft and review trademark-related agreements.
• Monitor developments in trademark law and provide training to stakeholders.
