Trade Merchandising Specialist (Retail, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting global assortment performance through data-driven insights and structured merchandising processes within a Trade Merchandising team on a 12-month interim contract. The position requires maintaining accurate forecasting inputs and delivering trade insights across various collections and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Merchandising, Buying, E-commerce, or similar roles
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate forecasting inputs, including performance signals and trends for assigned categories
• Deliver forecasts for new product launches, coordinating presentation inputs
• Build and maintain Range Framework tools, including visual trays and product tiering
• Support product lifecycle actions such as discontinuation and promotions
• Prepare weekly and monthly trade reports with actionable insights
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify commercial opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy and process adherence across Trade Merchandising tools
