Job summary

The role involves supporting the Head Coach in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and ensuring operational excellence within the store. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee a diverse team, implement strategies, and maintain compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail and/or leadership roles.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding consumer service.
  • Experience in team coaching and development.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to enhance customer service and shopping experience.
  • Supervise and support team members, focusing on recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Implement operational processes to meet sales targets and improve consumer satisfaction.
  • Oversee various store departments and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide reports on store activities and consumer insights.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Passion for sports and retail.

Education

  • Extensive experience in retail management is preferred.

Tools
