Job summary

The Total Rewards Partner will collaborate with the business to implement and manage Total Rewards processes, ensuring alignment with global strategies and operational relevance in the sales market. This role involves executing compensation and benefits programs, overseeing annual rewards processes, and providing expert guidance to HR teams and leaders.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical, advisory, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Experience with compensation structures and salary benchmarking platforms
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits
  • Experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as a reward partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy
  • Lead the execution of rewards programs, including compensation and benefits
  • Support the implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles
  • Oversee annual rewards processes such as salary reviews and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with global policies and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR for effective cost planning and data management
  • Provide expert advice and training on compensation and benefits topics
  • Analyze market data to maintain competitive pay practices

Education
