Job summary

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join the Academy team in Glostrup, focusing on training and customer engagement in the field of pathology. This role involves delivering technical training sessions, providing application support, and ensuring high-quality laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pathology, histology, diagnostic, or laboratory setting.
• Understanding of pathology workflows, staining techniques, and laboratory processes.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Proficiency with standard IT applications and digital tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical training sessions on pathology products.
• Conduct product demonstrations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts to enhance training content and methods.
• Provide application support to various teams and assist with technical inquiries.
• Ensure the Academy laboratory is well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
• Support Sales and Marketing activities related to demonstrations.
