Job summary

This role involves delivering high-quality client service and crafting leather accessories in a store environment. The position is based in Copenhagen and focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences while upholding the standards of a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients courteously and professionally, addressing their needs and providing guidance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Handcraft leather accessories entirely by hand, including thermoforming, dyeing, stamping, and stitching.
• Perform in-store product personalization with a focus on luxury finishes.
• Engage in continuous learning about leathercraft techniques and industry trends, participating in training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury brand or leather workshop setting.
• Proficiency in artisanal leather techniques for repair, restoration, and small goods making.
• Attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a client-facing role.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and dynamic with effective communication and teamwork skills.

Education

• Relevant experience in leather craftsmanship or a related field is preferred.
