Job summary

As a Technical Support Expert specializing in Building Management Systems, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and resolve complex issues for technicians and partners. You will mentor colleagues, enhance team capabilities, and manage support for key VIP customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) with substantial experience in technical problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English and a Nordic language.

Responsibilities

  • Address and respond to technical inquiries and cases.
  • Take ownership of support for major VIP customers.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues using available resources.
  • Document cases and solutions to build a knowledge base.
  • Manage and escalate cases requiring additional technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
  • Understand customer needs to enhance satisfaction through effective communication and quick resolutions.

Skills

  • Strong technical expertise and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively structure tasks for optimal problem-solving.

Education

  • Relevant technical education or equivalent experience in a related field.
