Job summary

The role involves driving digital transformation in the construction industry by leveraging expertise in AEC and AEC technology. You will engage with major AECO organizations in EMEA, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to deliver tailored solutions and document progress in Customer Success Plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to fulfill deliverables and document value.
• Influence the product roadmap by demonstrating business impact and prioritizing customer requirements.
• Stay updated on industry technologies and trends to provide valuable insights.
• Share best practices and success stories with the team.
• Utilize social media to enhance personal and company branding.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology sector.
• Proven experience in managing technology change projects and implementations.
• Strong skills in data analytics and dashboard creation.
