Job summary

This role is for an experienced Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner who will work independently in a fully remote setup, focusing on global hiring opportunities across technology and business functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
