Job summary

The Technical Quality Analyst acts as a vital liaison between internal teams and external clients regarding quality and food safety inquiries. This position involves managing customer documentation, enhancing communication between the plant and customers, and supporting various quality and commercial processes. The analyst is tasked with maintaining quality-related systems and documentation while assisting with customer projects and requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and high professionalism in communications.
  • Experience in quality assurance within the food sector is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP.
  • Ability to produce concise and accurate reports promptly.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, results-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and capable of independent learning.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT/computer literacy is required.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Deliverables

  • Manage customer documentation in accordance with regional categories and ensure product packets are updated in the Global TQ SharePoint.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the plant, quality teams, sales, and customer service, supporting project meetings as needed.
  • Summarize checks for regulatory and quality departments and review customer certification requests.
  • Ensure quality complaints are logged and resolved accurately, reviewing specifications in workflow.
  • Maintain the audit calendar and prepare monthly metrics reports.
  • Manage customer communications regarding product safety and ensure NDAs are signed for proprietary information.
  • Upload necessary documents to the TG system and manage standard replies and website content.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer interactions.
  • Keep documentation related to plants and products current.
  • Engage in regular review meetings with stakeholders to drive improvements.
  • Support customer portals based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other regions to implement new processes and achieve specific objectives.
