Technical Project Manager

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to enhance manufacturing technologies. You will oversee projects that ensure efficient production setups across a global factory network.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required
• Several years of project management experience in a technical environment with multiple workstreams
• Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to delegate and follow up
• Solid technical insight and understanding of production processes; experience in electronic manufacturing is a plus
• Proficient in English; Danish is an advantage but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and coordinate project activities across various departments including Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics
• Drive development and implementation projects across both Danish and international factories
• Guide and motivate project teams to ensure alignment, progress, and timely delivery
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning, with thorough follow-up on project activities
• Build commitment through clear communication and constructive feedback
• Prepare budgets, resource requirements, investment analyses, and business cases
• Collaborate with product development to ensure strong Design for Manufacturing principles
• Support the ramp-up, maturation, and transfer of manufacturing setups to other production sites
