Technical Product Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading the Client Intelligence & Data domain, focusing on transforming raw transaction data into valuable insights and reporting for clients. The Technical Product Manager will define product strategy, oversee technical direction, and ensure operational reliability in production.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven platforms.
• Proven experience in building platform capabilities or complex distributed systems, particularly in analytics and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery velocity and manage dependencies across multiple domains.
• Preference for clean, modular architecture and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single-threaded leader for Client Intelligence & Data, translating business goals into APIs and architectures.
• Define platform features to enhance client onboarding and transition to an AI-driven insights engine.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and data accuracy in report generation.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, promoting a culture of ownership and operational excellence.
• Use the RICE framework to prioritize and execute on ambiguous requirements.

Skills

• Deep technical foundation in modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with analytics pipelines, BI tooling, and merchant-facing dashboards is preferred.

Education

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with Kotlin/Go, gRPC/REST, and cloud-native/serverless technologies.
