Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or account management within a B2B context.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience.
  • Comfortable navigating technical environments and able to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Proactive approach with an understanding of the relationship between customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently as needed.
  • Must be based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate; primarily an on-site role with some remote work flexibility.
  • Preferred: Experience in aviation, MRO, logistics, or similar technical industries.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding technical inquiries, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their needs and maintain strong relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and prioritize support cases.
