Team Leader (On-site, Warrington)

Job summary

This role involves leading and developing employees within the Operations organization, focusing on preparing Service Technicians and Supervisors for offshore operations. You will be responsible for motivating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Business Management qualification or similar
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Preferred experience in the offshore or renewable sector
• Fluent in English and the local language of the country of application
• Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office 365, MS Teams, and basic conferencing tools; SAP knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Motivate employees and promote a healthy work-life balance
• Manage budgeting responsibilities and ensure financial accountability
• Ensure availability of trained and compliant resources for service execution
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and create individual development plans
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support organizational goals
• Execute key HR processes such as People Review and Performance Dialogues
• Collaborate with service teams and management to meet project demands while upholding health and safety standards
