Teaching Assistant (Higher Education, Remote)

Job summary

A motivated Teaching Assistant is sought for two courses in the Engineering, Innovation and Business program. The first course focuses on Selected Disruptive Technologies, while the second covers Project Management. Both courses are scheduled for 12 weeks with 4 hours of instruction per week, starting September 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and conceptual knowledge in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, and Industry 4.0.
• Familiarity with innovation processes and technology adoption.
• Understanding of business model innovation and digital transformation.
• Experience in guiding students to evaluate technologies from a strategic perspective.
• Teaching experience at the university level is preferred, particularly at the MSc level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and manage the courses.
• Assist students with hands-on project work and case studies.
• Contribute to creating a supportive learning environment.

Skills

• Proficient in project management concepts, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and both agile and traditional methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools.

Education

• Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering, Innovation, Business, or related fields are preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management software and educational tools is advantageous.
