This role focuses on supporting global expansion through effective recruitment strategies, primarily in corporate and business sectors such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to enhance the hiring process.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain organized recruiting databases.
  • Build and sustain a talent pipeline through networking, university outreach, and job fairs.

Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top-tier internet companies or agencies.
  • Experience in business/corporate talent hiring for Web3 or crypto sectors is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in modern sourcing and selection methods.
  • Experience in market mapping for global or Asian markets.
  • Proven success in meeting aggressive hiring targets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Positive attitude towards cryptocurrency.
