Talent Acquisition Specialist (Aviation, Denmark)

Job summary

The role involves recruiting pilots for a leading airline, focusing on attracting and hiring exceptional talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position is based in Denmark and requires collaboration with various stakeholders across Scandinavia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or talent sourcing.
• Experience in recruiting pilots or working within the aviation sector is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Danish or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for pilot hiring across the airline.
• Screen applications and conduct pre-selection interviews via phone and video.
• Participate in pilot assessment days and conduct interviews with assessors.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with pilot recruitment assessors, People Partners, and hiring leaders.
• Support employer branding activities and contribute to process improvements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
