  • Experience in sourcing and assessing candidates across various roles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Enhance employer branding through campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Utilize recruitment data to monitor performance and improve processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
