About the role

Job summary

This role involves working within the HR & Talent department, specifically in the Talent Acquisition team, to develop an in-house service model for sourcing talent in the Technology & Transformation Business. The position focuses on creating a sustainable talent pipeline and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing projects, preferably in a consultancy or in-house recruitment setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and attracting technology candidates.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source top tech talent to meet business needs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize sourcing effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support staffing requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies targeting candidates from consultancy and tech sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and manage scheduling and interview processes.

Skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and HR ATS systems.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools for candidate evaluation.

Education

  • A master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
