Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing projects, preferably in a consultancy or in-house recruitment setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and attracting technology candidates.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on improving sourcing processes.
  • A master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top tech talent.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies targeting exceptional candidates from consultancy and tech sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, HR ATS systems, and assessment tools.

Education

  • A master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
