About the role

Job summary

This role involves working within the HR & Talent department, specifically in the Talent Acquisition team, to develop an in-house service model for the Technology & Transformation Business. The focus is on establishing a sustainable talent pipeline and designing sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing projects, preferably in a consultancy or in-house recruitment setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in sourcing and attracting technology candidates.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • A master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top tech talent.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize sourcing effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies targeting exceptional candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and manage scheduling for interviews.

Skills

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and HR ATS systems.
  • Experience with assessment tools for candidate evaluation.

Education

  • A master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
