Job summary

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner involves managing the complete recruitment process for both business and technical positions in a fully remote environment. The position requires collaboration with hiring managers to define needs and strategies, while also providing market insights to influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 3–5 years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience hiring across business functions and exposure to tech roles
  • Strong recruiting experience in the DACH market; additional experience in the UK, France, Spain, Latam, or the US is advantageous
  • Proficient in using data and metrics to drive hiring decisions
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and some technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across key markets
  • Create and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring effectiveness
  • Own employer branding initiatives

Skills

  • Exceptional sourcing abilities with a proven track record
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes
  • Confidence in partnering with hiring managers and challenging assumptions
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and automation

Education

  • University degree required

Tools

  • Experience with ATS and recruitment technology, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby
