Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or in a recruitment environment.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and manage complex hiring processes.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at various organizational levels.
• Curiosity about new technologies and evolving practices in Talent Acquisition.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes with a focus on candidate experience and quality of hire.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and communities for critical capabilities.
• Utilize talent market insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
• Engage in initiatives to attract future global talent and enhance employer branding.
• Support projects aimed at improving Talent Acquisition operations through digital tools and innovative methods.
