About the role

Job summary

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience at our Hellerup office. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent in a global biopharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in facilitating competency-based interviews and providing assessment feedback.
  • Certification in personality assessment tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Guide hiring managers in line with company standards and recruitment processes.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Manage relationships with external search partners and recruitment vendors.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Education

  • Relevant academic degree required.

Tools
