About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on the execution of planning for New Product Introductions (NPI) and campaigns, serving as the global supply chain point of contact for the Diamonds assortment. The position involves inventory analysis and supports cross-functional decision-making to ensure product availability and balanced inventory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Supply/Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Merchandise Planning, or similar areas.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth supply and inventory analysis and convert insights into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly follow-up meetings with Crafting & Supply regarding campaign sell-in pack deliveries.
  • Manage the end-of-life cycle for product assortments and last-buys.
  • Share cross-functional NPI information to enable timely decision-making.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional Diamonds Drumbeat meetings.
  • Ensure NPI launch readiness and execution accuracy, including monitoring fill-rate performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in NPI and Diamonds launch readiness by enhancing shipment planning accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
  • Effective communicator and facilitator, capable of driving alignment among stakeholders.
  • Experience managing time-sensitive supply flows driven by campaigns.

Tools

Business travel expected: approximately 15 days per year.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems such as Logility, o9, or similar software.
