Job summary

The role involves overseeing procurement and contract management for data center construction projects across multiple campuses. The Procurement Manager will act as a client representative, ensuring effective sourcing and contract administration while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management, particularly in construction or data center projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing procurement for categories such as General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers.
  • Lead project-level sourcing and contract administration, reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Director.
  • Conduct monthly site visits and provide regular updates on procurement status to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of supply chain processes and procedures.
  • Manage the RFP process, including preparation, bidder communication, and proposal assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with the Supplier Code of Business Conduct.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and e-tendering platforms.
  • Ability to analyze and assess supplier proposals effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with e-tendering platforms (e.g., Compass) and project management software.
