Job summary

The Manufacturing Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire value chain, from order intake to shipment, in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This position involves close collaboration with various departments to align materials, capacity, and logistics with customer demands.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong motivation, organizational skills, and ability to take ownership across multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan production based on forecasts, demand, and capacity.
• Manage material planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of components.
• Optimize workflow and minimize disruptions.
• Handle sales orders from receipt to production scheduling.
• Manage ERP order updates and follow-ups.
• Control inventory and track delivery performance.
• Coordinate across planning, production, warehouse, and shipping functions.
• Support the shipping team by prioritizing orders, coordinating shipments, and booking transport.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
