Student Worker (Procurement, Billund)

Job summary

This position is for a Student Worker in the Procurement Packing Equipment team, focusing on supporting global procurement activities. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a reputable organization while contributing to impactful procurement decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or nearing completion of a bachelor's degree, ideally with 2-3 years remaining in master's studies.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, proactive, and a team player with a strong service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a curiosity to learn and develop.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with daily tasks related to global procurement for Packing Equipment.
• Drive data collection and quality checks for partners/suppliers.
• Continuously improve processes and tools.
• Generate reports and data-driven insights for decision-making across departments.
• Collaborate with R&D and other procurement colleagues and stakeholders.
• Manage master data tools to ensure data integrity.
• Provide general support for ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, primarily on-site in Billund, with flexible working hours.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program, preferably in a related field.

Tools

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Microsoft Power BI (preferred but not required).
