Student Worker in Procurement (Remote, Billund)

Job summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in global procurement, specifically within the Packing Equipment team. The role involves supporting procurement activities and collaborating with various departments to enhance decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or nearing completion of a bachelor's degree (preferably with 2-3 years remaining for a master's degree).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with daily global procurement tasks for Packing Equipment.
• Drive data collection and quality checks for partners/suppliers.
• Continuously improve processes and tools.
• Generate reports and data-driven insights for various departments.
• Collaborate with R&D and other procurement colleagues and stakeholders.
• Manage master data tools to ensure data integrity.
• Provide general support for ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Work Setup

• Flexible working hours with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, primarily from the office in Billund, with options for remote work. Carpooling opportunities are available.
