Sustainability, Markets & Channels Specialist

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing sustainability communications for partners, retailers, and consumers related to branded products. The specialist will support the Licensing & Extended Line Sustainability team by creating B2B content and communication materials that align sustainability with consumer experience and design.

Qualifications

• Experience applying brand marketing principles to campaigns or market activation.
• Proven ability in delivering B2B communication activities through content creation or stakeholder engagement.
• Skilled in developing communication materials for diverse audiences.
• Background in copywriting, editorial work, or related communication projects.
• Education or relevant experience in Management, Marketing, or Communications.
• Fluency in English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication content for external stakeholders focused on sustainability and marketing initiatives.
• Create presentation decks, visual assets, and various communication materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Connect sustainability priorities with the needs of licensing partners and retailers.
• Conduct media monitoring and performance reporting to provide actionable insights.
• Foster strong partnerships across sustainability, marketing, publishing, licensing, and go-to-market teams.

Skills

• Understanding of social listening or media monitoring tools.
• Ability to translate technical information into accessible marketing materials.
• Experience supporting events, campaigns, or external engagement activities.
• Multilingual capabilities and adaptability in communication for different markets.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Management, Marketing, or Communications.

Tools

• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and communication platforms.
