Supply Planner (FMCG, Copenhagen/Remote)

Job summary

A Supply Planner is sought to join the Supply Chain team, focusing on aligning supply with demand and ensuring optimal stock levels. The role involves continuous improvement of supply chain KPIs and collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain planning, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong emphasis on efficiency and value chain optimization.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to address complex problems.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO, and advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch, French, or a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Monitor out-of-stock situations and coordinate with Global Supply teams or Procurement to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Analyze slow-moving, obsolete, and aging stocks, proposing improvement actions.
• Implement strategies to enhance portfolio health.
• Plan and optimize third-party supply of finished goods, focusing on service, cost, and cash flow.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply processes and internal routines.
