Supply Chain Systems Specialist (Northern Europe)

Job summary

The role involves supporting supply chain systems and processes for specific user groups within the organization. The specialist will lead various projects related to supply chain systems and act as the primary contact for inquiries regarding Order to Cash processes, aiming to enhance efficiency across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and experience with ERP systems and EDI (SAP BW/APO/R3/S/4HANA preferred).
• Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with SQL and Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights and identify root causes of issues.
• Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Resilient and solution-oriented, capable of maintaining effectiveness in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in English and at least one local language (Dutch, Danish, or French).

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain systems across Northern Europe, translating business needs into effective solutions.
• Provide daily support to supply chain, customer service, and logistics teams for business continuity.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage EDI performance and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance connectivity and order performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives in Supply Chain and S&OP processes.
• Deliver supply chain system and process projects, ensuring timely execution and resource coordination.
• Create business process documentation and training materials, and conduct onboarding for new systems.
• Provide supply chain analytics and insights to aid decision-making and promote AI adoption within the team.
