Supply Chain BPO & Logistics Specialist

Job summary

Seeking a specialist in outsourced logistics operations and supply chain optimization to join an Operations Transformation team. The role involves collaboration with outsourced logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery of payment terminals to customers across the Nordics and DACH region.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in the financial sector.
• Background in vendor management.
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills in English, French, and Danish; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong Excel and IT skills, including familiarity with SAP ERP, Salesforce, and ProConcept.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational processes of outsourced logistics partners for smooth terminal delivery.
• Act as a liaison for outsourced partners and promote collaboration with departments like Customer Support, Sales, and Product.
• Assess partner performance and SLAs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage used terminal inventory and facilitate vendor repair RMAs.
• Coordinate and report on physical stock counts and system adjustments.
• Handle invoicing, budgeting, and cost reporting tasks.
• Continuously enhance outsourced processes, data quality, and system integration.
• Provide support for team backup tasks as necessary.
