Supplier Project Manager

Job summary

This role involves acting as a crucial link between Procurement and Project teams, ensuring alignment on contracts, suppliers, and project requirements from the tender phase through execution. The position requires coordination of inputs for tendering and project execution, as well as support for contractual and commercial risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, supplier management, procurement, or contract management
• Proven experience in preparing RFQs, tender packages, and supporting supplier selection processes
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles, including risk allocation and contract administration
• Experience with EPC or complex contract models is preferred
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and international settings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main interface between Procurement and the Project Team, ensuring alignment on scope and timelines
• Oversee the development of RFQ packages, ensuring completeness and consistency of documentation
• Coordinate inputs from various departments to deliver compliant tender packages
• Support supplier selection activities and manage bid evaluations
• Ensure contract readiness and act as the focal point for contract administration during project execution
• Facilitate effective collaboration among teams and manage claims-related matters as needed
