Job summary

This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities for suppliers in Scandinavia, focusing on driving sales and ensuring alignment with regional marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B, wholesale, or vendor-facing context.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for maintaining external relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), CMS platforms, and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and budgets.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and partners, managing collaborations and co-op advertising.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print.
  • Create or oversee the production of marketing content and sales materials in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Organize supplier-led trade shows and in-house events, managing logistics and booth materials.
  • Analyze product line sales and campaign performance, preparing ROI reports for initiatives.
  • Maintain inventories of marketing materials and coordinate with suppliers for updates.

Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate across teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
