Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (final year) or a Master's degree (first year) in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-driven with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with GenAI tools and Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic priorities.
• Analyze data and prepare insights for leadership decision-making.
• Support the execution and follow-up of strategic initiatives across departments.
• Maintain and optimize tools and frameworks for tracking initiatives.
• Contribute to improving knowledge management practices and internal processes.
• Prepare content and presentations for leadership meetings and strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and communication.
• Facilitate transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.

Education

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
